Currently, we are seeking a full-time experienced Audio AV-IT Sales Manager to join our Toronto, ON team. The Sales Manager role includes working with clients to create project proposals with accurate quotes and installing video and computer equipment. The Sales Manager provides a quality service that meets the customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
As an AV-IT Sales Manager you will have the unique opportunity to develop growth strategies to support your suppliers’ brand portfolio. Effectively ensure the brand’s short and long-term financial objectives are met. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset that will help identify spaces in the System AV/IT category and implement programs to capitalize on those opportunities.
Manage a portfolio of brands,
Accountable for supplier relationships, being the voice of your market to all stakeholders and managing the product selection, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.
Responsible for providing sales team with necessary tools to sell and upsell electronical equipment, product training, and events.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or AV related field with at least one year of sound experience.
Experience in AV-IT industry is a must. Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses a plus Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills; solid leadership orientation – Shows initiative – engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities. Strong analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions.
Strong financial analytical skills, including cost control. Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada (for example, by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit)
