Check HDMI ARC Connection: Ensure that your Samsung Frame TV is connected to a device (such as a soundbar or AV receiver) via HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel). The HDMI ARC port on your TV should be labeled accordingly.
Access TV Settings: Using your Samsung Frame TV remote, press the Home or Menu button to access the TV's settings menu.
Navigate to Sound Settings: In the settings menu, look for the "Sound" or "Audio" option. This may be located under the "Settings" or "System" menu, depending on your TV model.
Select Audio Output: Within the Sound settings, there should be an option to select the audio output. Look for an option related to "Speaker" or "Output" settings.
Choose HDMI ARC: Navigate to the audio output options and select HDMI ARC as the preferred output. This option may be labeled as "HDMI-ARC," "External Speaker," or something similar.
Confirm and Save Settings: Once you've selected HDMI ARC as the output, confirm your selection and save the settings. Your Samsung Frame TV should now output audio through the HDMI ARC connection to your connected device.
Adjust Audio Settings (Optional): Depending on your preferences and the connected device (such as a soundbar or AV receiver), you may need to adjust additional audio settings, such as volume control, sound modes, or audio format settings.
