To view the wellness activity report using the Customer app:
Log into the Customer app.
Tap Wellness.
Tap Activity to view the activity report.
At the top of the page, tap to select either:
Sensor to view daily sensor activity on an individual sensor level.
Room to view the daily sensor activity on a room-by-room basis.
To view the wellness activity report using the Customer Website:
Log into the Customer Website.
Click Activity.
Click Wellness.
Using the Select a View dropdown menu, select either:
Activity by Sensor to show activity by the specific sensor name.
Activity by Room to show activity by sensors assigned to specific rooms.
