To unbypass a sensor using the Customer app:
Important: This option is only available when the system is disarmed.
Log into the Customer app.
In the Security System card, tap .
Tap Bypass Sensors.
Tap to deselect sensors that are bypassed.
Tap to save.
To unbypass a sensor using the Customer Website:
Important: This option is only available when the system is disarmed.
Log into the Customer Website.
In the Security System card, click .
Click to deselect sensors that are bypassed.
Click Save.
