Energy Managment

With real-time monitoring, you can have a dashboard display of your business energy usage to see where it’s being used efficiently. Let our energy management systems optimize energy consumption while maintaining comfort. Easily access and adjust your electrical, water, and gas usage to save energy. See calculated savings and the reduction in your carbon footprint in response to your adjustments from dimming lights or adjusting temperature presets. Settings can automatically change or notify you whether you’re on site or away. We work closely with architects and contractors who desire to execute such energy-saving ideas into their projects and to gain LEED certification.

Occupancy Monitoring

Integrating non-intrusive occupancy monitoring with a smart technology system enables advanced energy-efficiency optimization to be realized. A variety of environmental sensors for motion, acoustic, and heat are positioned within the space to effectively determine if anyone is in the room and trigger automatic adjustments to subsystems such as electric lighting and window treatments, HVAC, audio and video. You no longer need to worry that the AC is blasting or lights are on when nobody is in the room. Additionally, usage patterns over time are analyzed and sensitivity levels of the sensors are adapted accordingly.

Climate Control

Smart climate control makes it easy for you to set the perfect temperature of your home regardless of the season or other conditions. Create a comfortable environment by making adjustments from the same touch screen you use to control your lights, shades, and home entertainment system. Monitor and control your thermostats from a mobile device if you left your AC blasting when left home or turn up the heat before you return on a cold day. Heating and cooling your home can be expensive and our home energy management systems save you energy with programmed settings and integration to a home automation system.

Actions
Pre-set series of smart home controls mapped to one voice command, delivered via Alexa or Google Assistant.
Geofencing
A virtual fence which can be used to let your devices know you’re close to home, walking in the front door or leaving. It uses GPS or RFID technologies to send an alert when a device, for example your smartphone, crosses a geographic boundary.

Sometimes has different names.
Zigbee and Z-Wave
Two popular smart home protocols. These are a mechanism for different tech devices to communicate, like speaking the same language. Zigbee is known for its speed and low energy use; Z-Wave for its mesh network which boosts Wi-Fi performance. Other protocols include Insteon, X10 and LightwaveRF.
Voice assistant
The proper name for Alexa or Google Assistant, which are basically interfaces you talk to, rather than use via a screen.
